Hotel San Luis Obispo will host its 3rd annual “Rosé the SLO Way” wine festival and fundraiser showcasing the acclaimed wine region’s premier Rosés. Guests will taste wine from 20 boutique Central Coast wineries, meet the team behind the wines, and enjoy savory food pairings curated by Hotel San Luis Obispo’s renowned Executive Chef Ryan Fancher and his team from the property’s Michelin-recognized modern steakhouse, Ox + Anchor, and onsite Italian restaurant, Piadina. They’ll also enjoy a mini marketplace of fabulous fashion from Ambiance, Summerland, and SparklBand; live music from the Chromatic Cats; tarot card readers; a wine-pull; a puppy and kitty cuddle corner courtesy of Woods Humane Society; a best-dressed contest with prizes; and more.
